Andrej Agranovski

Andrej Agranovski was born 1996 in Würzburg, Germany. During his studies at the Theaterakadmie August Everding in Munich and the State Institute of Performing Arts in Saint Petersburg his career as actor and musician had already begun. Engagements at Residenztheater Munich, Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Staatstheater Hanover and from 2020-2024 at Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe followed. There he was a team member of the Head of Drama during their structural reform process. Now Andrej is located in Vienna, where he is part of the Ensemble at Volkstheater, while still working as a sounddesigner for theatre, film, ballet and fine arts.

Leonard Dick

Leonard Dick, born 1992 in Hanover, being both actor and director, is a specialist in work in progress productions which develop modern plays out of collaborative work with the belonging production teams in close proximity to the actors in question. After his studies at the Theaterakademie August Everding in Munich, he was invited to work at Kammerspiele Munich, Residenztheater Munich and Vienna’s Burgtheater. Starting Season 2025/26 he is part of the Ensemble at the Josefstadttheater Wien, where too he takes the role of the director, as well as in other german theatres such as Ingolstadt, Konstanz, Neuss and Hanover. He is also working as a Filmdirector together with Ansgar Beck as a Filmmaker-Duo.

Alessa Maria Karešin

Alessa Maria Karešin, born 1994 in Munich, combines curatorial expertise with working experience in the theatre business and her knowledge of theoretical discourse. She studied philosophy and theatre as well as cultural practice at the University of Munich. Afterwards positions at the Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden and in the DFG research project “Krisengefüge der Künste” followed and now she is working at the Residenztheater Munich. Her wide-ranging experience and interdisciplinary approach are particularly evident in the collaborative work of the Doris Crea Collective.

Mariann Yar

Mariann Yar, born 1993 in Budapest, is a German-Afghan actress, working between acting and critical theatre structures. She works both in municipal and state theatres as well as independently, focusing her work on antiracist and intersectional empowerment. After finishing her acting studies at the Universität der Künste in Berlin, she became part of the leading team of the Berliner Ringtheater as well as board member of Stabiler Rücken e.V., where together with other BIPoCs and jewish artists she fights against racism and antisemitism in the theatre and film business. With her work, Mariann is part of a new generation of artists that demand creative agency across all genres and thus contributes to the artistic and political value of contemporary performing arts.
